Sea View Apartment Borth-Y-Gest

We really love staying in your apartment. The views are magnificent-we could sit in the window all day long 'people watching,' enjoying the tide ebbing and flowing. families playing on the beach and people boating and pottering about on the water.
The apartment is perfect for us, and the icing on the cake, (excuse the pun), is having The Coffee Lounge and Bistro on hand.
So much to do in this area, we always run out of time.
We will be back!

Thanks for making us so welcome to your lovely seaside apartment.
We had a great time. Very handy to be above The Bistro, perfect for a superb breakfast and yummy meals, not to mention ice creams. The views from the large panoramic window were spectacular. Can't wait to return.

We had a great week in this beautiful apartment. It was well presented and the views were amazing.the icing on the cake, (excuse the pun), was having Sea View Bistro and Coffee Lounge on the doorstep. We didn't do much cooking, the food they offered was delicious, from breakfast through to dinner.
we will be back next year.

"Sea View Apartment is home from home for us. We try to come twice every year and each visit is as good or better than the last. Clean, warm, well equipped and the best view around.
Thank you Fiona, Gavin, Katie and Henry".

A lovely light and airy apartment furnished to a very high standard. The main living area so arranged that the seating is directly in front of the floor to ceiling bay window with delightful views across the estuary.. The owners (Fiona & Gavin ) are extremely friendly and helpful - their excellent Tearooms are right on hand too if you don't feel like cooking - we highly recommend the special Pizza evenings ! Very much looking forward to our annual visit in 2013.
Best Wishes Pat & Geoff. Stoke on Trent

If I were asked about our stay I would say, The very first time I walked through the door of the flat I was speechless. The beautiful view just took my breath away, and does so even now as we return again and again to the Sea View Tea Rooms. We are always made to feel we can make the place our own and we do just that. Nothing is ever too much trouble if you need to ask for anything. It is comfortable, cosy and clean and always receive a warm welcome and goodbye from Fiona, Gavin and Henry.
A very special place to be

We have no hesitation in recomending the flat above the tea rooms 100%.
The flat is always spotless and has a touch of luxury.
The views from the large bay window of the harbour/ estuary and the hills beyond are sperb.
The proprietors are so friendly and helpful as are the staff of the tea rooms below

The apartment is beautifully presented and offers everything needed for a restful holiday. We loved its panoramic outlook over the pretty bay and shoreline, walks along the coastal paths and watching the rise and fall of the tides from the lounge. Porthmadog is a short walk away and Criccieth, one of our favourite places to visit, just a few minutes drive. You can be sure of a warm welcome here and a memorable holiday.
